Q: What are the shipping costs? A: Shipping costs are €7.50 within the Netherlands and €12.50 within the EU. Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping within the EU.
Q: How long will delivery take? A: Orders within the Netherlands placed before 14:00 on a working day are shipped the same day. Delivery times for EU orders vary based on the destination.
Returns and Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original seal, and undamaged. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
